pressSIGN Internet Server.
pressSIGN Internet Server lets you monitor production quality from printing sites wherever they are located from one central server. Get a live feed of every press reading as it happens from your mobile phone or any web browser. Send and receive messages directly to the site administrator or press operator.
Whether you have print jobs running in Washington or Warsaw pressSIGN Internet server keeps you in touch with production as it happens.
pressSIGN Internet Server comes withpressSIGN-Pro,pressSIGN-Trends andpressSIGN-Mobile Clients as well as the pressSIGN SQL database.
Run the pressSIGN Internet Server and clients at a central location and add pressSIGN-Pro clients for each press in the enterprise or supplier wherever they are located. Each press measurement then appears at the central server allowing not only monitoring but detailed production analysis.
pressSIGN-Trends Client
pressSIGN Internet Server includes pressSIGN-Trends. pressSIGN-Trends is the administrative heart of pressSIGN. From the Trends Client users can see each job on currently running on every press in each location.
Comparisons can be made between sites, presses or operators. Analysis of make-ready times, run speed and quality levels only help to improve performance across the whole enterprise or supply chain.
Enterprise wide quality control standards can be created and monitored. Minimum criteria can be set for acceptable quality and the whole production run can be examined centrally.
Users can set press targets based on ISO standards, previous press passes and ICC profiles. ICC profiles can be adapted to reflect the actual media in use. House tolerances and scoring schemes can be created so that all operators are working to the same standard.
pressSIGN-Trends contains the Pantone Libraries so operators don't have to rely on worn out books as their reference. pressSIGN will show the operator how to adjust the density settings to meet the tolerances set centrally.
Create a central database of spot colors that can be shared across the company or supply chain. Custom libraries can be created by measuring swatches, importing CxF or CGATs or simply by typing in a Lab value.
Plate curves can be made or adjusted either centrally or at any of the separate locations.
From pressSIGN-Trends managers can upload production reports to pressSIGN OnLine for access by customers who need them.
pressSIGN-Mobile Client
pressSIGN Internet server also includes a pressSIGN-Mobile client enabling instant access to all quality information from any iPhone, iPad, smart phone or web browser across the internet.
pressSIGN Internet server push technology ensures each new press reading appears in pressSIGN-Mobile keeping the production manager up-to-date with production quality whether he is the factory or on the other side of the world.
Chat Messages
At anytime send or receive chat messages directly to the press operator giving him further advice or instructions on the job. Discuss with other administrators the work that is in progress across the enterprise.
